Sim à Saúde, Não ao Ato Médico

A FENAFITO participou efetivamente da mobilização “CONTRA O PROJETO DE LEI DO ATO MÉDICO” que tem por finalidade regulamentar a profissão do Médico, engessando as atribuições e prerrogativas dos demais profissionais da área de Saúde.

No último dia 30 de maio, concentraram-se em frente ao Congresso Nacional, na Esplanada dos Ministérios, as Federações, as Associações e Conselhos Federais das profissões que ainda são atingidas pelo projeto.

A FENAFITO teve o apoio das demais instituições ligadas a representação da categoria dos profissionais liberais, tal como aCNPL -Confederação Nacional das Profissões Liberais, o COFFITO – Conselho Federal de Fisioterapiae Terapia Ocupacional e CREFITO-3 – Conselho Regional dos Fisioterapeutas e Terapeutas Ocupacionais da terceira região, todos, dando suporte e apoio, disponibilizando carro de som, camisetas e balões, proporcionando aos participantes a possibilidade de se manifestarem de forma ordeira e dentro dos princípios que norteiam as suas representações no movimento sindical.

A Comissão de Saúde da CNPL, liderada pelos Srs. Edson Stéfani e Danilo Caser, deram o tom dos trabalhos durante o evento, conduzindo os trabalhos a fim de alertar aos Senadores dos problemas que o projeto causará à Saúde Publica no âmbito do exercício profissional das diversas profissões que compõem as equipes de saúde hoje no Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS.

“Se não tomarmos providências mais drásticas, com o avanço das Entidades Médicas frente ao projeto, que se aprovado, vai precarizar o atendimento à Saúde Pública do Brasil, provocando, com isto, a derrubada da autonomia do exercício das demais profissões da Saúde”, manifesta o Sr. Edson Stéfani.Não podemos permitir que este projeto venha ser aprovado da forma como ainda está, estamos a mais de dez anos lutando contra a sua aprovação, é preciso que seja respeitada a autonomia das profissões da saúde que já estão regulamentadas, encerra o Sr. Danilo Caser.

A FENAFITO e seus sindicatos filiados agradecem às instituições, CNPL, sistema COFFITO/CREFITOS, Associações e principalmente aos militantes, profissionais e acadêmicos que se fizeram presente neste grandioso evento, que busca resgatar a dignidade e autonomia dos profissionais da área de Saúde.
